Bristow orders EC 225
Bristow Helicopters has signed a contract with Eurocopter for the supply of two EC 225 helicopters and two options. With this firm order valued at about 3 million euros, Bristow says it has renewed its confidence in the Super Puma family. The Bristow fleet has logged more than 800,000 flying hours, including 30,000 hours for the fleet leader. Chief executive Keith Chanter said: “Bristow sees the investment in acquiring these two 225 aircraft as an important step in renewing the aircraft within its fleet and is pleased to work once again with Eurocopter with this new type of helicopter, in the offshore market.”
