Jeppesen has recently announced the kick-off of an aggressive five-year strategy, which will introduce

a fully-integrated line of new JAA training products.

The first, a new set of ATPL training texts, has been scheduled to be released in the third quarter of 2004.

The strategy also includes the introduction of new training products over the next three years in support of other JAA licences and certifications, including the commercial pilot licence, instrument rating and private pilot licence.

In addition to developing traditional textbooks for each certificate and rating, Jeppesen will introduce a full line of supporting products, which may include: test preparation, study guides, manoeuvre manuals, JAA-approved syllabuses, lesson plans, instructor’s manuals and speciality aviation texts.
