Aero Services Executive, the Le-Bourget based business jet operator, has reached the milestone of a second year of service with its Airbus Corporate Jetliner (ACJ). The company uses its ACJ mainly on flights to the Middle East, North America and Latin America.
Aero Services’ ACJ features a lounge at the front, followed by first-class seating clustered around tables, encouraging face-to-face discussions. It seats up to 29 passengers and was outfitted by EADS Sogerma in Toulouse.
“Our customers think that the ACJ’s cabin is great for corporate and long-range shuttle flights,” said managing director Philippe D’Aprile. “They just love its spaciousness and the freedom to walk around and talk to each other.
“We have also been enormously impressed with the ACJ’s reliability – it is the most dependable aircraft we’ve ever had in our fleet.”
Meanwhile Twinjet Aircraft, the first operator of an ACJ in Europe, is approaching the end of a fourth year of operations with the aircraft. The company has more than 1,600
flight hours and over 600 flights to its credit, most of it logged carrying company executives, heads of state and pop stars.
Managing Director John Keeble observed: “We are extremely satisfied with the ACJ and its engines, which have performed flawlessly. Maintenance costs have also been remarkably low.”
