Raytheon wins over customers
Beechcraft and Hawker owners can now find parts for their aircraft with a click of a mouse, says Raytheon. The company’s aircraft customer support operations has expanded its worldwide inventory network (WIN) to allow customers to log on to its website and view the entire parts inventory of Raytheon Aircraft parts inventory and distribution (RAPID) and participating authorised service centres (ASCs).

Said a company spokesman: “Under the first phase of the WIN programme, only customer support representatives could view the

parts inventory.

“Now customers can order parts directly from RAPID or ASCs, allowing more convenience and timeliness, especially for hard-to-find and out-of-stock parts.”
