Cessna has published a supplement to the Aeroplane Flight Manual, to enable the Citation Excel to meet the technical requirements for the steep approach into London City Airport’s short runway. Gary Hodgetts, deputy director of policy and planning for the airport, said: “This means that operators of the Excel can now apply to their regulatory authority for approval to operate into London City Airport.”
