Completion for Sovereign's Mmo

Cessna has improved the Citation Sovereign's Mmo from the original Mach .78 to Mach .80, providing pilots with increased operational flexibility. The Citation Sovereign programme is expected to complete FAA certification by the fourth quarter of 2003.
