Bombardier Flexjet has introduced a Jet Membership programme, allowing customers to purchase a block of 25 guaranteed flying hours across a fleet of its business jets. The 25-hour option, which replaces the previous 50-hour minimum, allows members 24-hour access to Bombardier's qualified fleet of Learjet and Challenger aircraft across Europe and the United States.
Dan Maiden, managing director, Bombardier Flexjet, said: The new 25-hour programme is another example of how we're listening to customers, and is part of our mission to develop new ways to make business jet travel more accessible and affordable, to more travellers across Europe.
"This option will enable businesses or private customers travelling regularly on routes rarely offered by commercial airlines – and whose travel profiles do not justify a 50-hour commitment – to benefit from the cost effectiveness and time-savings inherent to our programmes. We are effectively offering more users a viable alternative to commercial travel.”
Bombardier says that the customers' cost of enrolment in the 25-hour programme will depend on factors such as their flight profile and the aircraft selected for the journey.
