Raytheon Aircraft Parts Inventory & Distribution (RAPID) has teamed with Aviall Inc. to further increase the quantity and range of spare parts available for Beechcraft and Hawker customers. Aviall will provide a full line of non-factory parts such as aviation batteries, hoses, wheels and brakes, oxygen and paint mixing services. These parts listings, totalling more than 60,000, have been integrated into the RAPID website for immediate customer access. Said Ed Dolanski, vice president, customer support operations: “Customers will be able to access and order every part they need, from factory-built to accessories, all in one website.” The system will also work in conjunction with RAPID’s new worldwide inventory network (WIN), which links RAPID’s inventory list with participating authorised service centres. Customers can order parts directly from RAPID or service centres.
