Medic’Air rescues tourists with Airbus
For the first time, Medic’Air International used its medevac configured Airbus A319 to repatriate Japanese tourists injured in a coach accident. The passengers were flown from Alexandria in Egypt to Nagoya, Japan with one stop in Novosibirsk, Russia. Medic’Air says the aircraft, which is based in Paris le Bourget, has the capacity to carry up to eight stretchers.
