Bombardier Aerospace has launched

a fuel card which it says enables

customers and operators in the

Flexjet Europe programme, as well as

other purchasers of new Bombardier

aircraft in Europe, to benefit from

preferred fuel rates.

Operators in the Flexjet Europe

network and new aircraft owners will

receive a Bombardier Aerospace Card

for every aircraft they own.

The card can be used in the same

way as a standard payment card to

purchase fuel throughout Europe.

Bombardier says fuel cost savings

of up to 11 per cent can be enjoyed by

its customers.

It also says a customer’s

Barclaycard-issued Visa card,

handled by procurement and

logistics company Thought First, in

the Bombardier programme will

be accepted by fuel companies Shell

and ExxonMobil.

In the fixture, Bombardier says

it plans to add other benefits to the

card programme.
