Weston (Aviation) Limited has

purchased the London Heliport from

Harrods Aviation Limited.

The heliport is London’s only

heliport and is situated on the south

bank of the River Thames in

Battersea. The amenities at the CAAlicensed

facility include a dedicated

vip lounge and aircraft parking.

Weston Aviation will continue to

run the heliport as a going concern,

with the majority of existing staff

remaining. Harrods Aviation provides

business aviation services across the

UK, with its bases at Stansted, Luton,

Heathrow and Farnborough. The

company will continue to operate as a

customer of Weston Aviation with

flights to and from the heliport.

needs of clients who need to get in

extensive programme planned to

upgrade the facilities and the

dedicated team at the heliport will

help us achieve this aim.”
