Gulfstream Aerospace has been
awarded a $14,182,226 firm-fixed
price contract from the US Air Force
to provide scheduled inspections and
maintenance for the Egyptian
government’s presidential fleet of
Gulfstream aircraft.
The contract, which runs until
November 1, 2005, will provide depot
maintenance support, parts and
material repair and technical
personnel for aircraft on ground or
urgent situation support.
The Egyptian government
currently operates two Gulfstream
IIIs, one GIV, four GIV-SPs and a
G400. Gulfstream says it will deliver
a second G400 in the third quarter
of 2004.
