Honeywell has obtained FAA technical standing order performance and production authorisation for its KMD 250 multi-function display, for general aviation aircraft.

“The Bendix/King KMD 250 provides traffic and data link weather capability,” said Dan Barks, director of marketing for Honeywell’s business, regional and general aviation avionics enterprise. “The unit provides affordable, reliable weather data and other information for aircraft not equipped with weather radar.”
