MedAire has been certified to a new ISO 9001:2000 quality standard as a result of the company’s most recent ISO audit.

Meeting the new standards, which is a requirement for continued registration after 2003, requires companies to heighten management involvement and place additional emphasis on customer and supplier relationships.
