ExecuJet Aviation Group is to launch a consolidated operations centre that will be responsible for supporting the European-based managed fleet. It will be based at the offices of ExecuJet Switzerland at Zurich International Airport and will be fully operational from November 1, 2003.

The centre will consolidate the charter call centre, dispatch coordination, maintenance co-ordination and quality assurance functions within Europe. It will be responsible for charter enquiries and quotations, as well as flight reservations.

Peter Hartmann will head up the centre as general manager. He was previously aircraft management director for ExecuJet Switzerland and most recently group procurement manager.

“The benefits to our customers will be multifold. On the charter call centre side, we can now offer one centralised number for charter quotes, worldwide.

“Our sales staff will also be able to view real time aircraft availability and quote on any route and aircraft from our worldwide fleet,” said Hartmann.
