Moreton takes over as md of Flexjet Europe
Bombardier Aerospace today announced the appointment of Judith Moreton as the new managing director for Bombardier Flexjet Europe.

Bombardier Aerospace today announced the appointment of Judith Moreton as the new managing director for Bombardier Flexjet Europe.

Effective immediately, Moreton is responsible for ensuring the continued growth of the company’s Jet Membership programme along with overseeing its Skyjet Europe charter operations. She also assumes responsibility for Bombardier Flexjet Asia-Pacific, based in Hong Kong.

Moreton has over 20 years of aviation experience. She served as operations manager for Shell Aircraft for ten years, and was general manager at Virgin Express for two years prior to joining Flexjet Europe in 2002.

Based at the Bombardier Business Aircraft headquarters in London, Moreton reports directly to

James Hoblyn, vice president, Bombardier Aerospace, Business Aircraft, and former managing director for Flexjet Europe.

“Having served as head of operations since joining Flexjet Europe in 2002, Judith has been instrumental in the development and continued growth of our Jet Membership programme,” said Hoblyn. “She already has a very strong relationship with both operators and customers and has a solid understanding of the business jet market in Europe. There is no better candidate for the position.”

Moreton says she is looking forward to the challenge. “In spite of a tough market over the last year, we have worked hard to deliver a truly European programme that appeals to customers, offering more choice and better value,” she said.

“As a result, we have increased our flying time by over 40 per cent.”
