Journalists and movie stars arrived at last month’s premiere of X-Men 2 in Leicester Square, London, courtesy
of air charter broker Chapman Freeborn. The company’s vip department arranged one Falcon 50EX to ferry actor Hugh Jackman – who plays lead character Wolverine – from Prague to Venice to Berlin
and then on to London in time for
the premiere.
And two Falcon 2000s were also used to fly journalists, radio DJs,
film critics and some competition winners from Madrid, Paris, Amsterdam and Rome.
The aircraft was liveried for the trip with two personnel flown specially out to Geneva to supply and fit the X-Men 2 graphic decals to the aircraft, providing extra promotion for the movie at airports around Europe. The crew also wore X-Men 2 leather jackets. London-based Chapman Freeborn will be celebrating its 30th anniversary this year.
