BBA sells Luton maintenance business
Gulfstream Aerospace has acquired BBA Aviation’s aircraft maintenance service business at London Luton Airport in the UK. The airport is located roughly 35 miles north of central London. BBA will retain and continue to operate its Signature Flight Support FBO at this location.

Gulfstream Aerospace has acquired BBA Aviation’s aircraft maintenance service business at London Luton Airport in the UK. The airport is located roughly 35 miles north of central London. BBA will retain and continue to operate its Signature Flight Support FBO at this location.

The first Gulfstream-owned service centre to be operated outside the US, it will continue performing service and maintenance for Signature’s customer base, including Citation, Falcon and Hawker aircraft owners in Europe and the

Middle East, as well as providing comprehensive service for all Gulfstream aircraft.

UK-based Marshall Aerospace, a 35-year Gulfstream partner and authorised warranty centre, has discontinued maintenance and service on large corporate aircraft.

Gulfstream Luton will become the sixth Gulfstream service centre. The other five are located in Long Beach, California; Dallas; Appleton, Wisconsin; Savannah; and Brunswick, Georgia.
