The fleet of Dutch helicopter operator Heli Holland has recently grown from 19 to 21 helicopters. Heli Holland accepted two new Eurocopter EC130B’s in November.
Both helicopters will be operated from Heli Holland’s home base in Emmen. Ceo René van de Haring told EBAN the helicopters will be operated for vip transport and lifting jobs because the sling of an EC130B can hold up to 1,300 kilogrammes.
Heli Holland also demonstrated the all new Eurocopter 145 for a group of operators and paramedics in the Netherlands. The twin-engined helicopter is in HEMS configuration and is capable of transporting two patients on a stretcher, three paramedics and two pilots.
