Dutch/Swiss-owned jet operator Private X-press has restructured its company and will, as of January 1, be closely operating with Zurich-Kloten-based JetClub AG. Both companies say their long-term aims are to optimise the economic use of their resources.

Private X-press will be responsible for commercial activities and JetClub will manage the operation of the business jets. The three Private X-press Gulfstreams (two G100s and a G200) increase the number of aircraft available in the JetClub fleet to 12 business jets and four helicopters (two MD902s, a Bell JetRanger and a TwinRanger).

The aircraft sizes range from the Citation Bravo to the G200. A Falcon 50, a Challenger 601, Gulfstream V and six Gulfstream IV SP-derivatives are also part of the armada. For reasons of flexibility and speed, the aircraft will be stationed all around Europe. The aircraft will be operated under Private X-Press’s brand name.
