Ground-breaking will begin this month in Bordeaux, France, for a building designed exclusively for the manufacture of Falcon aircraft and more specifically for the Falcon 7X's new dimensions.
The 226,000 square foot plant will offer assembly, technical completion, testing and delivery of the Falcon aircraft on one site and under one roof.
Dassault has designated a special team of employees currently involved in the 7X manufacturing process, to help define the building's functionalities.
“The task at hand is to define effective spatial planning.
“This must take into account the latest manufacturing equipment and technology,” said a Dassault spokesperson.
