Associated British Ports Holdings (ABPH) has agreed the sale of its USA-based aviation services business, AMPORTS’ Aviation division.
It was purchased by subsidiaries of Macquarie Global Infrastructure Funds for a cash consideration of US$50 million.
AMPORTS’ Aviation division manages five airport facilities and operates five fixed-based operations. These provide aircraft refuelling, maintenance and hangar facilities.
The sale is conditional upon each facility obtaining consent from the relevant airport and regulatory authority.
