Lufthansa Bombardier Aviation Services (LBAS) has completed its first retrofit of a Learjet 31A – operated by Düsseldorf-based Air Traffic – for JAR OPS Part 1 requirements. Compliance was achieved after several weeks of work at LBAS’s Berlin-Schönefeld facility.
The company has also announced plans to begin offering interior refurbishments and modifications for all Bombardier business aircraft models. Through an association with Equipment Interior Services, it will offer seat upholstery, carpets and lining, as well as interior modifications such as floorplan changes and galley modifications.
