The Polish government is to buy six business jets to replace two Tu-154 and nine Yak-40 aircraft still operated from the Soviet era, according to Police Aviation News (PAN).
Last month, the Polish government set up a team drawn from the defence ministry and police to evaluate the options. The types most likely to be considered, says PAN, are the Challenger 604, Falcon 900, GIV and GV.
