Hunt and Palmer International has launched FlightProtect to the conference and incentive market. The flight protection package is designed to provide financial security from factors beyond the client’s control.

AXA and Swiss Re, both insurance companies, have backed the product. “If a cancellation occurs that’s brought on by airline insolvency, bad weather, industrial action or technical breakdown, then FlightProtect will provide up to 200 per cent of the original charter cost to replace the aircraft and cover most other unplanned expenses the client may face. Sales director Jamie Martin said: “We’re addressing the marketplace with an assurance that offers real peace of mind.”
