Raytheon Aircraft Customer Support is introducing an aircraft service plan designed to eliminate aircraft operators’ maintenance hassles.
Called Support Plus (Support +), the plan provides owners of Raytheon aircraft with selectable options covering all maintenance issues. For a monthly service fee, Raytheon Aircraft becomes responsible for expenses from parts and labour for scheduled and unscheduled inspections, maintenance, and component removals, as well as service bulletin coverage.
“This plan eliminates surprises,” said Ed Dolanski, vp customer support. “Our customers can plan their budgets with confidence because they’ll know exactly what they’re spending each month. We handle all administrative tasks, which means operators don’t have to deal with paperwork hassles.”
