Pilatus Business Aircraft has received STC certification to install the Honeywell Integrated Hazard Avoidance System (IHAS) on Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. The Honeywell IHAS integrates four major airborne safety systems: position awareness, weather avoidance, traffic advisories and terrain warnings – they are combined in a single compact unit.

Meanwhile, the PC-12 has passed the 300 mark in unit deliveries. “It’s no surprise that sales of the PC-12 have taken off,” said Angelo Fiataruolo, ceo of Pilatus Business Aircraft. “One look at the aircraft’s numbers tells the tale.”
