Ireland’s Cascade Designs – manufacturers of aircraft seat adjustable cushioning systems and self inflating sleeping mattress for corporate aircraft – have announced an increase in the level of business received during 2001.

In particular demand, has being their Jet Rest SkyLounger range of sleeping mattresses. Said a spokesman: “Currently being supplied across the spectrum of the industry from aircraft manufacturers to completion centres and interior outfitters it has proven to be a very popular product in this niche area of the marketplace.

“The SkyLounger is very clever due to its specific contour design, its ability to self inflate, its lightness and rolled size to allow it be stored in small areas.

“We expect a good performance from our Jet Rest range in 2002 in particular as the demand for corporate aircraft increases.”
