US broker assists German operator with Lear 55 wet lease
TSH One – the aircraft brokerage firm specialising in aircraft transactions between Europe and the US – and Germany’s FAI Airservice have combined forces to arrange the wet lease of Lear 55 (D-CATL) to Eurojet Ltd in Malta for the next two years.

TSH One – the aircraft brokerage firm specialising in aircraft transactions between Europe and the US – and Germany’s FAI Airservice have combined forces to arrange the wet lease of Lear 55 (D-CATL) to Eurojet Ltd in Malta for the next two years.

“Although we are very flexible in our dry or wet lease terms and conditions, structuring such a lease contract takes time and motivation. Lessor and lessee have their constraints. Our role as broker is to evaluate these constraints and make them work for both parties,” said Thierry S. Huguenin, president of TSH One.

The Lear 55 is scheduled to be based in Malta from the beginning of February. At the present time, the aircraft is undergoing modifications for GPWS and RVSM compliance in Germany. Huguenin added: “We elaborate aircraft solutions for every kind of situation. A short-term dry or wet lease is the ideal

answer for any aircraft operator experiencing a prolonged maintenance downtime or awaiting the delivery of a new aeroplane.”
