ExecuJet puts in mass order for Bombardier aircraft
The ExecuJet Aviation Group has placed a firm order for US$145 million worth of Bombardier aircraft. The order is for five Learjet 45s, two Learjet 60s, four Continentals and one Special Edition. All 12 aircraft are destined for operations in Scandinavia and southern Africa. The purchase is the largest to date by ExecuJet Aviation, which is active in the management, charter, leasing, sale and support of Bombardier business aircraft. Deliveries are slated to begin in the year 2000.

The Dubai purchase follows the purchase of a Learjet 60 and a Global Express earlier this year, for service in South Africa. \rFrom its headquarters in Denmark, ExecuJet is the sales representative for the entire family of Bombardier business jets in Scandinavia, South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and the Indian Ocean islands, and has sold a number of Learjet 45s and Learjet 60s. It is also responsible for Flexjet Europe.
