The Marshall Group of Companies celebrated its 90th birthday this year. The company entered into aviation in 1929, building on its reputation for automobile engineering, and has been developing its Cambridge facility ever since. Chairman Michael Marshall is the third generation of the Marshall family to be at the helm of the company. Since 1937, both the Cambridge airfield and the hangar complex have been expanded and developed, and the company has taken advantage of the engineering knowledge on its doorstep at Cambridge University.
