ExecuJet earns AOC to enhance sales
ExecuJet Scandinavia has been awarded a JAR-OPS 1 AOC. The certificate follows an audit by the Danish CAA, the Statens Luftfarts-vaesen. Beforehand Air Alpha operated aircraft on ExecuJet's behalf. ExecuJet presented operating manuals and procedures in March, 1999. This was followed by an on-site inspection in November, with a parallel process on the operations and maintenance side. The certificate was granted in December.

We have a formula which has been tried and tested in South Africa - we operate planes ourselves to enhance our after-sales service. Flight oper-ations is not intended to be a profit-based operation, it is a means to enhance a sale."\rIn addition to executive jet charter, the company's flight operations division was recently appointed operating partner for Bombardier's Flexjet programme in Europe.
