"Wonderfully French" delivery for Lynton's 900EX
One of only a handful of Falcon 900EX jets in Europe has been delivered to Lynton Aviation, the Luton-based aircraft management company. The latest model of the Dassault Falcon replaces a 1995 900B and was delivered in November. The aircraft has a paint scheme especially commissioned from an American designer by the owner.

Its interior is configured for twelve passengers, split into two compartments by a retractable partition. \rDivans at the rear of the cabin can be converted into a double bed, and a table electrically elevates for meetings or eating. Lynton's stable already houses a 900EX, exclusively for use by its owner. \rThe new aircraft is owned by a private customer for whom Lynton has managed a number of aircraft in the past, but is also available for charter. \rPeter Leonard-Morgan, mar-keting manager of Lynton Aviation, explained the benefits of the new jet: "The extra legs of the 900EX means that getting from London to New York and even further is no problem. \r"The passengers don't really feel any difference from the 900B, but the pilot's workload is even less now. With the 900EX's head up display, it's potentially that bit safer as well.\r"The aircraft was delivered at Le Bourget in typical, wonderful French fashion - it was like a big celebration. The aircraft was presented to the owner in just the most professional way," Lynton's marketing manager continued. \r"The owner was alerted to a few minor, cosmetic "squawks" within the aircraft, such as something not fitting in the galley, and the 900EX actually went back to Le Bourget a week ago to have these ironed out. The fit and finish of the aircraft has been excellent."\rLynton reports that the 900EX's first missions were European as the owner has a house in the south of France, and that the aircraft will be setting off for the far east as EBAN goes to press.
