Grossmann Jet Service, the Prague-based executive jet operator, has concluded Six Sigma certification, following attendance of training courses in London and Prague. The Six Sigma methodology ensures that every project carried out follows a defined sequence of operation, removing any obstacles and ensuring a perfectly tailored service.

The word 'Sigma' is a statistical term measuring how far a process deviates from perfection. The key ideology behind Six Sigma is that if the number of 'defects' in a process can be measured, they can systematically be eliminated to get as close to 'zero defects' as possible.
