Bombardier has named Walter Cram manager, sales and support at Lufthansa Bombardier Aviation Services (BAS) in Berlin. He comes to Bombardier from Lufthansa Technik where he was project manager for production planning and control, and customer service for Boeing 747 maintenance. \rMeanwhile, Mark Neihaus becomes manager, engine service sales for the BAS network. With responsibility for developing engine service products to meet regulatory requirements, Neihaus will also direct the incorporation of new technologies in engine repair and overhaul.
