Growth pledged after 'billion-dollar' BBA Group completes acquisition of CSE Aviation
Oxford Aviation Holdings Limited, CSE's parent company, has been purchased by BBA Group plc. The acquisition covers all of the company's trading divisions, that is to say Oxford Air Training School, Oxford Aviation College, CSE Aviation, Oxford Airport and the CSE Citation Centre in Bournemouth.

The acquisition covers all of the company's trading divisions, that is to say Oxford Air Training School, Oxford Aviation College, CSE Aviation, Oxford Airport and the CSE Citation Centre in Bournemouth.\rBBA is an international group of aviation and materials technology businesses, quoted on the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of approximately £2 billion and over 13,000 employees worldwide.\rBBA says it has for many years regarded the aviation market place as its core business.
