AJ Walter Aviation, supplier and repairer of commercial spare parts, has been awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise 2002 in the International Trade category. The company which is currently celebrating its 70th year in aviation, has an inventory of over 310,000 parts for all aircraft types. In the past three years, it has increased earning by 66 per cent and raised the proportion of its exports to 74 per cent of total sales.
