Greece’s Interjet has confirmed a firm order with Dassault Aviation for a Falcon 2000EX Easy, worth $25 million, but with a special configuration that will bring the cost up to $27 million.

The company is expected to take delivery of the aircraft in June 2004. This comes just before the Olympic Games which will be held in Athens between August 13 and 29 of the same year. The aircraft will be the second Falcon 2000 in Interjet's fleet; the first was introduced in March 2001.

Interjet is also expecting the delivery of a second Citation Excel, which is scheduled for October of this year. Said commercial manager Miltos Mouzakis: “We aim to establish an expanded fleet of five jets during the Olympics.”
