Michael McConnell, until recently vp of strategic planning for Mooney Aircraft, has been named as the vp of customer and product support for Eclipse Aviation. McConnell takes responsibility for setting up customer support systems for buyers of the Eclipse 500, the ultra low-cost entry-level business jet.
