Signature Aircraft Engineering London Luton is celebrating 20 years as a Lockheed approved JetStar service centre this year.

The company was originally set up to support a number of customers in the Middle East. The then named McAlpine Aviation became Magec in the late eighties with an international customer base. Many of the staff who attended the first JetStar type courses in 1982 are still with Signature Aircraft Engineering, and there are currently three aircraft undergoing heavy maintenance checks in the hangar at Luton.
