Marshall Larsen has been named president and chief operating officer of Goodrich Corporation in a succession plan approved by the company’s board of directors. He will also be a nominee for the Goodrich Board of Directors to be considered for election at the company’s annual shareholder meeting in April.
Company chairman, David Burner, said: “Marshall’s leadership has been a critical factor in creating today’s Goodrich, he has made significant contributions to the growth of our aerospace business.” Larsen joined the company in 1977 as an operations analyst and worked his way up to executive vice president in 1995 before this latest promotion.
