Scandinavians acquire new helicopters

The Royal Danish Air Force has signed a formal contract with EH Industries for the purchase of 14 EH101 helicopters, reports Police Aviation News.

Meanwhile, Scandinavian neighbour Norway has signed contracts for the purchase of 14 Eurocopter NH90 helicopters to be used for anti-submarine and coast guard duties. A further ten NH90s are being held on option for search and rescue purposes.
