Marquis hopes Jet Card will succeed in Europe
The February launch of the Marquis Private Jet Card is said to offer major new opportunities for companies and individuals to own a private jet without any long-term financial commitment.

The February launch of the Marquis Private Jet Card is said to offer major new opportunities for companies and individuals to own a private jet without any long-term financial commitment.

Marquis Jet Partners Inc successfully launched the card in the US last June and are now hoping

it will be successful in the European market.

The card, which has been launched under an exclusive alliance with NetJets, allows owners to purchase 25 hours or more of flying time annually with jets available at just 12 hours notice.

Rob Hersov, ceo and co-founder of Marquis Jet Europe said: “The launch of the Marquis Jet in Europe provides a genuine breakthrough in the European business aviation market. The Marquis Private Jet Card offers safety, flexibility and convenience to those individuals and businesses for whom over-crowded, out-of-town airports and inconvenient scheduling robs them of their most precious commodity – time.”

Hersov added: “We can help them to liberate that time and at the same time provide an exclusive airborne environment for business or pleasure with no long term capital commitment.”

He explained that users would incur no additional maintenance costs or monthly fees and that owners would only by charged for the hours they fly.

At present card owners are offered the choice of, among others, Citation Excel, Hawker 800XP and Falcon 2000 aircraft.
