ExecuJet Middle East has taken delivery of the first Learjet 60 registered in the UAE for commercial charters. It is also the first new business jet to be delivered to Dubai with the express purpose of being made available for commercial charter flights, according to ExecuJet.
Denzil White, md, said: “The Lear 60 adds a new dimension to the ExecuJet fleet and will help address the growing demand for secure, flexible, efficient and economical business jet travel, from discerning and astute businessmen in the Middle East.”
The UAE General Civil Aviation Authority’s airworthiness inspector, Esmael Al Balooshi, recently
visited the Learjet delivery centre in the USA, to monitor the aircraft’s delivery process.
Commenting on the aircraft’s range, operations director Clint Randolph said: “This gives our Dubai-based customers a non-stop capability to destinations in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, India, Russia and North Africa.”
