Dassault Aviation has delivered its 1,500th Falcon jet. Charles Edelstenne, chairman, presented the history-making Falcon 2000 to Kevin Russell, senior vp of Executive Jet Inc. The aircraft is the 29th Falcon delivered so far of the 100 Falcons ordered for the Executive Jet NetJets programme. Over nine million flying hours have been logged worldwide since the first Falcon, the 20, made its debut in 1963. More than 500 Falcon 20/200s were delivered over a span of 25 years.
