Finnish charter company Cloudex has recently sold its Cheyenne II after disappointing demand last year, when the aircraft only flew for 150 hours. Managing director, Kari Kankkunen said: “We are currently in the process of purchasing another aircraft, possibly a small jet for private use.” Despite many brokers experiencing a soft sales market at present, the Cheyenne apparently made a quick sale. The company had operated the aircraft for ten years, when it generally flew to the Baltic countries, Russia and Scandinavia.
Cloudex is currently reviewing its options: “The general charter market in Finland is not too bad at the moment so we are just considering how to invest,” said Kankkunen.
