ACE 2026 - The home of global charter.
The bimonthly news publication for aviation professionals.
UK-based Aeromega Aviation has sold its subsidiaries Aeromega and Aeromega Helicopters (Engineering). The consortium will now be headed by Edward Kydd (owner of a group of engineering and electronics companies based in East Anglia). Other directors include Captain Philip Sheldon, md of Cambridge Helicopters and current operations director, Captain Steve Isacke. Kydd believes that the change will secure the future of the company, as additional profit centres of helicopter sales and pilot training will be introduced to established charter, police operations and helicopter engineering. Aeromega will remain at Stapleford Aerodrome in Essex.
