Cessna Aircraft Company has announced expanded hours of operation, increased staffing and enhanced service capability at its European Citation service centre at Le Bourget airport, Paris.
Service facilities vice president, Jim Morgan said: ”When we initially opened the centre we had a staff of 23, today we employ almost 100. Our service volume has grown to the point where we see 60 to 70 Citations each month.”
Cessna says that it recognises how important it is to have parts on site to meet the customer’s schedule, and consequently over $7 million worth of spare parts have been added at the facility. The company adds that, along with the second week day shift, staff have increased experience installing service bulletins, BRNAV and 8.33 Comm Spacing.
