SimuFlite announces senior appointments
SimuFliteTraining International has announced two new appointments. David Boggess has been named managing director of client support and Walter Slazyk is the new director of technical operations. Boggess is now responsible for ensuring that clients receive the best training experience by overseeing the management of SimuFlite’s client services department, all account executives and all programme co-ordinators. The commercially rated pilot most recently served as the company’s director of training support and has previously spent 10 years in US army aviation.

The commercially rated pilot most recently served as the company’s director of training support and has previously spent 10 years in US army aviation.

Dallas-based Slazyk will be responsible for all maintenance and engineering efforts associated with Simuflite’s simulator fleet. These include visual upgrades, simulator upgrades, FAA and JAA governmental regulatory compliance and simulator maintenance. Slazyk previously served as SimuFlite’s senior manager of technical operations and supervised the installation of 10 FAA level D and seven level 5 FTD simulators.
