Menzies Aviation Group (MAG) has appointed Mervyn Walker as vp for Europe, Middle East and Africa. One of MAG’s four regional vps, Walker will be responsible for business development both through acquisition and organic growth, and for the profitability of operations within his territory. He will be based at the group’s UK headquarters. Said Walker: “MAG currently has no operations in Africa and the Middle East, so my title is a clue to some of our plans.” Walker has spent over 20 years in the aviation sector, including several senior posts for Aer Lingus and Servisair.
